Adria holds a Bachelors of Science from Springfield College and is currently pursuing her Masters in Construction Management. Her brain smart, tech savvy skills are an asset to our innovation and R&D lab. Mailon Rivera - Principal / Chief Advancement Officer
MAILON RIVERA (pronounced "May-Lahn") is a Social Entrepreneur and Impact Investor Partner in multiple business & social equity developments. He has been a cultural producer, creative thinker, philanthropist, and at-risk adult advocate for almost 30 years.
Mailon's business focus is on personal development, job creation, entrepreneurship, and enterprise driven financial wellness. He specializes in hands-on producer, creative, consulting, design, and “ghost producer” services across multiple mediums. In addition to an incredible list of clients, this autodidactic polymath is honored to continue his work to produce, develop and support dozens of nonprofits, businesses, organizations, and individual entrepreneurs who seek to better expand the human connection and condition.
... oh, and now and then, he acts on television, film, and voiceover in Hollywood.
Bill Dunster - Principal / Lead Environmental Architect
BILL DUNSTER is responsible for developing the environmental strategy and detailed design for C4GS-ZEDlife.
ZedPower specializes in the field of zero-carbon design and development and most notable project is BedZED, winner of 2003 Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Sustainability Award, and shortlisted for the 2003 Stirling Prize. This work followed 4 years of research in the European Union funded Joule Research Project, collaborating with the leading environmental consultants in Europe, including Arup, CSTB Nantes, Christian Bartenbach and Conphoebus.
In 1995 he built his own home, Hope House which is a successful prototype low energy live/work unit in which he and his family now live.
Dunster was educated at Edinburgh University and is an honorary graduate of Oxford Brookes University. He has taught at the Architectural Association, Kingston University and Harvard University. He has also taught at the EPFL (Switzerland), and currently lectures at University of Westminster and UCL.
Brent Musson - Quality Control / Supply Chain Management
DR. BRENT MUSSON specializes in industrialized construction (offsite/modular) driving multifamily housing production and economic inclusion. He's a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, professionally licensed as both Real Estate Broker, and General Contractor.
He holds degrees in both real estate development and urban planning, as well as a graduate degree in supply chain management from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Dr. Musson has been a consultant to the international real estate development industry for two decades, providing global supply-chain management, asset management, project management, and program management to projects on three continents. His Doctorate of Law & Policy research tests oligopoly theory related to modular, off-site construction (industrialization) in multifamily housing development.
As a professor, keynote speaker, or featured guest, he has shared his expertise in real estate finance, project management, international best practices, global logistics, and continuous improvement strategies with audiences across the globe.
